I also use Yelp all the time, the google app, and my favorite games are simcity (cost $10, coming in at the most I've ever spent on an app, but I played it for like 4 hours during my flight to CA) and trism (lux touch is good too but super dorky). I haven't found any good todo apps, right now I have "To Do", but it doesn't sync with my ical / mail.app to dos which is so lame. I never use the built in calendar, nor any other calendar app on my phone... my schedule is way too easy. I use Twitterrific for twitter but haven’t tried anything else.
